technical overview:

The Artificial Intelligence Home app is powered by connected products that emit Wi-Fi frequencies. These frequencies enable communication between devices and serve as the foundation for motion detection and data analysis. The following access points were used in this project:

The primary touchpoint for managing and interacting with the app.

Home internet hotspots placed throughout the house to enable connectivity and motion detection.

A smart plug that allows users to remotely turn devices on or off through the app.

Wi-Fi frequencies allow devices to communicate with one another while detecting movement based on speed and frequency patterns. These capabilities enable the following features:

A dynamic logo system is introduced and integrated throughout the onboarding experience to clearly communicate the app’s purpose and reinforce successful progression.

Neura is presented in a dormant “shell” state, signaling potential and anticipation.

Set up

Completing the onboarding process gradually unlocks Neura’s capabilities.

Once setup is complete, Neura becomes fully integrated throughout the app experience.

the icon used here is nuera's dormant “shell” state to indicate that the user has not finished the onboarding.

once the onboarding experience is completed, the shell is removed and the nuera icon is locked up with the verizon typemark.

Due to technical limitations within the Verizon app ecosystem and the way smart appliances communicate, the onboarding process presented a significant challenge. The goal was to transform a complex technical setup into a simple, intuitive, and engaging experience
